Before confirming your travel booking with Golden Tour Operators, we request all guests to carefully review the following tour package terms and conditions, payment guidelines, and cancellation policies. These policies ensure transparency and a smooth travel experience for all travelers.

General Package Terms & Conditions

  • Transportation services will be provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary and will not be available at disposal unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
  • Guide services are not included in the standard package unless stated otherwise.
  • Hotel accommodations and transportation arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Tour package prices may change during peak travel seasons, festivals, or high-demand periods without prior notice.
  • This travel package cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or deal.
  • Refunds in case of cancellation depend strictly on the respective cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, and transport service providers.
  • Golden Tour Operators reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue any tour offer or itinerary at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Airfare or flight costs are dynamic and may change at any time depending on airline pricing policies.

Mandatory Identification Requirements

All travelers must carry a valid government-approved photo identification proof during hotel check-in and travel verification.

Accepted ID Proofs:

  • Passport
  • Voter ID Card
  • Driving License

Please Note:

  • PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identity proof for hotel check-ins.

Failure to present valid ID proof may result in denial of accommodation or services without refund.

Guest Conduct & Safety Policy

Our Tour Captain or Tour Manager reserves the authority to take appropriate action if any guest’s behavior is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive during the journey.

Any misconduct reported during the tour may lead to removal from the tour without refund.

Important Travel Guidelines for Kashmir Tour Packages

To ensure a comfortable and hassle-free Kashmir travel experience, please note the following:

1. Mobile Network Connectivity

Only Postpaid SIM cards function properly in Kashmir. Guests are advised to carry postpaid connections to avoid communication issues.

2. Houseboat Shikara Transfers

Complimentary Shikara transfers between Shikara Ghat and the houseboat are included. However, during peak tourist season, guests may experience slight waiting time since each houseboat operates with a dedicated Shikara.

3. Gulmarg Travel During Snowfall

In case of heavy snowfall, travelers may need to hire a 4×4 vehicle or chain-fitted vehicle from Tangmarg, located approximately 16 km before Gulmarg. Additional charges, if any, will be payable directly by the guests.
